So I went to the New York City Comic Con this weekend and it was basically AWESOME. There were a few people dressed up as steampunk and there were a few vendors there. Dylan and I have talked about getting dressed up for a steampunk convention before and now I am super motivated because I am making this ring!  <-- 
How cool is that? I found an old watch of my Gram's and took it apart and it was beautiful just like this one, with ruby movements. Who knew old mechanical watches had rubies in them to make them work? Anyway looking forward to making this and possible more to sell in the future.
